About Abigail

I'd describe my personality as kind, positive, and caring I like working with kids because they keep me smiling and I love being their biggest cheerleaders, helping them find their strengths! Their innocence and joy for life is the best reminder of what's most important in our busy lives as adults. I'm looking for a job that will fulfill my summer off from working as a 1st grade teacher. I have been a teacher for the last 7 years but have worked with children as young as my teenage years through summer camps, sports camps, and many years of babysitting. In my spare time, I like to spend time with my family. We often go on outdoor adventures with our English Bulldog Moose, taking trips to the beach, and staying active with sporting events. One thing you should know about me is I love to have fun with children and spend time outdoors. My skills include helping children make kind choices towards others, encouraging them through challenges, and teaching foundational skills.
