I would like to be first and foremost a friend to your family member, but also give company, make them feel heard, and give motivations to make whatever healthy improvements are possible in their lifestyle. Beyond that, the actual care comes easily. I am a great cook and would be more than happy to prep and serve meals, work with them to get exercise, administer medication, take to appointments, etc. Please reach out with any questions!
