About Alyssa

Hi! I'm Alyssa, and I've been caring for kids since I was 13. I am the second oldest of 8 kids, and I have babysat for countless families (with kids of all ages), have spent a few years volunteering in the children's ministry at my church (infants to 2-year-olds), and have worked at a summer youth camp for two summers (ages 8-18). Because of the length of time I have been babysitting and the different opportunities I have taken, I have experience with a wide variety of ages and needs. I have watched single children and families of 5 children. I have worked with children with special needs. I have driven children around and prepared meals for them. I absolutely love all of these things! You need me to pick them up? Yay, let's do it! Do they need a meal made for dinner? You got it! Working with kids and making them smile is one of my greatest passions! I graduated nursing school in 2021, and found it was not for me, but that also gave me great and useful experience to care for your kids!
