Hello, I have extensive long term nanny experience (with multiple children) and have recently graduated to motherhood x2! I currently stay home with my 2 baby girls, 20 months and 7 months and care for another 20-month-old 5 days a week and a 2 yr old 1-2 days a week. I am looking for someone who needs summer care for young children since my full time kiddo won't need as much care during the summer months. Our house is full of love, laughter, joy and so much fun! We have a fully fenced yard and try to get out in it as much as possible. I try to encourage free play most of the day with guided activities including music, arts and sensory play, fine and gross motor activities. I am accustomed to serving meals and snacks and have experience with allergies. I am extremely communicative, kind, understanding and patient. And I love a full house! Simply put, there is no one I could imagine to be a better nanny for my children, and now that my son is off to preschool, I can barely imagine what life will be like without Alyssa's presence in our daily lives! One of my (many) favorite things about Alyssa (besides her boundless energy, her kindness, how organized she is, her moral compass, her confidence, her attention to safety, her communication, and her empathy, to name a few) is how she treats my children with respect. Even at their young ages, she listens to their words, encourages their imaginations, and meets them where they are. That genuine attentiveness is rare to see, and it's something that makes Alyssa incredibly special. She is knowledgeable about milestones, thoughtful in her approach toward routines, and worked with to figure out what was best for my son in particular, being so young, as he grew. If I had to do it all over again, I would hire her in a heartbeat. I recommend Alyssa wholeheartedly!
