About Alyssa

Making a positive impact on children's lives is what I strive for. I have over six years of nannying experience providing reliable childcare for families and have babysat since I was a high schooler. I love teaching them new things and seeing how their minds work. I'm patient, calm, creative, and thoughtful. I enjoy helping children develop a love for reading and exploring their interests whether that's through educational games, puzzles, crafts, or outdoor activities. I am comfortable caring for one or two children ages 0-6 and am very comfortable enforcing household rules. I provide regular updates via text throughout the day so you feel connected to your child. I hold a college degree and am a maker and crafter. Light housekeeping, errands, some laundry and travel are tasks I am willing to help with.
