My wife and I interviewed with Ally and also hired her for a day as a trial run. We ended up going with another child care provider, however, Ally was one of our top choices and it was a very tough decision. She did great with our 4 month old who had actually just gotten her shots and was extra fussy. Ally handled everything so well and stayed calm and collected! She has a very calm nature, a great attitude and was very nurturing to our daughter.
