I have always known that working with children is my passion. Playing house or with dolls was my favorite activity as a child, and my first job was being a babysitter. I started babysitting when I was in middle school, and I have had experience working with children ever since then. I worked as a Substitute Teacher at Early Head Start and I was a home visitor intern. I enjoy working with children, and I take pleasure in advocating for individuals with special needs. I graduated with my Bachelor of Applied Arts in Communication Disorders and Child Development. I am attending graduate school back at Central Michigan University this Fall to pursue my Master s degree to become a Speech-Language Pathologist. I will make sure the children who I am babysitting is having an enjoyable time, and it would provide me with great experience that can help me currently and in my future career.
