I have 5+ years of experience in nannying, babysitting, and pet-sitting. I absolutely LOVE children and the joy they bring to all aspects of life! I have worked in children's ministry and as a competitive youth sports (cheerleading and gymnastics) coach and know how to show genuine care, compassion, safety, and support for children. Allison is super responsive, mature, and fun loving! I have 3 busy little boys; twin 6 year olds and a 4 year old. Allison has been babysitting for us for 3 years on an as needed basis. My kids love her, she keeps them active and engaged. Allison is trustworthy and responsible, I would recommend her to anyone and I am happy to be a reference!
