About Allison

Hi! My name is Allison, and I'm an Elementary Education major at California Baptist University, where I hold a 4. 0 GPA and am a member of the cheer team. I'm passionate about becoming a K-6 teacher and have gained valuable experience through education coursework and classroom shadowing. This past semester, I worked with students one-on-one and in small groups, which strengthened my skills in supporting young learners. I'll begin student teaching and earning my credential this fall. I'll be in Tahoma, CA from May through August and am excited to work with kids over the summer. I'm CPR certified and bring a patient, responsible, and adaptable personality to every setting. Growing up in a big family with lots of younger kids sparked my love for working with children, and I always enjoy creating a caring and fun environment for them to grow.
