About Allison

My name is Alleigh and I have been working as a substitute teacher in an elementary school for 1 year here in IL. I am also currently enrolled in a Masters Program to become a full time Elementary teacher! I love working one on one with my students to help them learn. I am a very flexible, patient and kind person. When it comes to curriculum, I am comfortable helping your child with all areas of the curriculum. When I am not substitute teaching, I love to travel with my my husband. My husband and I have been blessed to have "lived" in the vast majority of the South Eastern states while we were participating in a year long AmeriCorps service program. Now we try to at least travel to a new town over the weekend weekend so that we can try out the best local restaurants, hunt for the most beautiful murals, and find the most entertaining live music or comedy shows! I can't wait to help support your child in their academic growth!
