Very sweet and soft spoken. I hired Allison to pick up my two pre-teens from school on Thursdays. Today was her first day and the kids were very nervous. Allison knew exactly where to go given the fact she went to both places when she was in school. The kids think she is awesome, and I'm glad she made them feel at ease. :)
