I hired Aliyah for x3 12hr days while out of town. She interviewed w/me & asked questions I never thought of,visited prior to meet the kids & see how our home ran. While gone I received updates on the home, animals, kids & more. She went above & beyond to help deal with my 2 yr olds tantrums & talked my 7 yr old into doing her hair with no fuss, getting off to school and keeping home tidier than when I left. Unexpected snowed while gone & she came back next day w/snow boots. Will b hiring again.
