Alison is a problem solver. She quickly can see how to make things run smoothly. She is great with children because of her life's experience of having twin boys. She is patient and kind and very safety oriented. Alison is punctual and trustworthy at all times. She will always ask if she doesn't know how to do something. And is a quick learner. I think that Alison would work great with seniors as well since she is very compassionate and warm. She has a positive attitude. Highly recommend Alison for a caring position.
