About Alisha

I am a graduate from Plymouth State University and received my bachelors degree in Elementary Education. I have taught at Grantham Village School and continue to take early childhood classes to stay up to date on current childcare practices. I feel that I am a very positive role model for children and I love to create meaningful relationships with them while helping them grow and develop into respectful, responsible, and polite individuals. I am patient, attentive, responsible, organized and I can pick up on the cues and needs of children exceptionally well. I also like to thread academics within my time spent with children through my approach of incorporating hands-on activities, kin-esthetic learning, sign language, play, and integrating arts and crafts. I have experience working with a wide range of ages, from infants to school age children and have helped to potty train multiple toddlers. I am professional, yet very personable.
