As a loving mother of a 21 and 19 yr old I understand how great help is essential. I have an education and experience in Early Childhood for more than 20 years excluding my own children. Care or mentor for children from the ages of 0 - 19 yrs. I have worked with a youth leadership program to help our young ones to develop the ability of public speaking. Had the privilege to drive students safely to their destinations while driving the school bus for over 15 years. I am looking for a family that would share the same compassion I have for my children as they do their own.

We cannot recommend Alisha highly enough! Alisha has been an incredible part of our family’s life, helping with our neurodivergent kindergartener in ways that went far beyond typical nanny duties. She helped us on our journey of discovery to ensure our child received the right diagnosis, attending doctors’ appointments and supporting us every step of the way. Alisha picked him up from school, waited in the carpool line, and made sure to reinforce the school's values, while also helping our child emotionally regulate and establish a routine. She also took him to classes, tumbling, and playdates, and even introduced him to other children she nannies. They are still friends to this day! When Alisha is part of your family, she truly becomes family. Her care extends to every detail—whether it’s helping with the little one or assisting with anything needed outside of her nanny role. Alisha’s nurturing presence and dedication have been invaluable to us. We trust and recommend her fully for vacations, date nights, and any other childcare needs you have. She is simply the best!
