Alicia watched our 8 month old for us for three weeks. Alicia is very personable and easy to communicate with. She is fast to respond even if I had text her in the weekends. I loved receiving all the updates and pictures of my little one throughout the day. Additionally Alicia takes note of the little things. If she arrived in the morning and I hadn't had a chance to change my little one she instantly took her in and took care of it. Or she would put away the dishes that I left out drying without me ever saying a word. I truly appreciated these little gestures. I also feel that if an emergency were to happen Alicia would be fast to act.
