Alicia did a great job caring for my elderly parents. What sets her apart is that she truly, deeply cares. It’s just the kind of person she is. She went above and beyond her duties, for example offering advice on home safety and nutrition and saying she’d be there any day/any time in case of an emergency. She’s someone you can count on. Alicia has the practical skills along with the sensitivity and empathy you seek in someone caring for your loved ones. She’s cheerful and friendly, a pleasure to be around. I recommend her highly.
