Alicia was great. Arrived exactly on time, kept a log of the day’s activities, and went all out to ensure she got my baby down for naptimes. I felt like she genuinely enjoyed my baby and made her feel loved. She had helpful tips to help the baby acclimate to the cold weather, and volunteered to make a store run to buy a humidifier and anything else we had forgotten. She was also full of great local recommendations for things to do.
