The first time I set up an interview with Alexis, she cancelled 2 hours before. The second time, I hired her on the premise that she was available to start immediately and be there for the entire week. She worked her first day on Tuesday, then told me that night she was not available on Thursday. I accepted that. Wednesday morning she told me she was not available that day either. So, 2 of her first 3 days she called off. She said she'd be there on Friday...then she backed out on Friday. In this line of work, your greatest ability is availability. I'm a single father, and needed someone I could count on. Alexis has proven to not be this person.
