About Alexis

Nurturing young minds is more than a job; it's my passion. My motivation stems from a genuine love for fostering children's growth and a desire to support families. For the past two years, I've provided attentive care, drawing upon my Early Child Development coursework. I'm patient, creative, and approachable, and I enjoy engaging children with outdoor sports, board games, and educational activities. I am comfortable caring for one child at a time. I communicate with parents using their preferred method, offering verbal updates and regular texts or calls. I follow the parents' lead when enforcing household rules. I'm also happy to help with cooking, light housekeeping, and swimming supervision. I am current with CPR Training. Knowing I can make a positive impact on a child's day brings me immense joy.
