About Alexis

My name is Alexis, I'm originally from the east coast. I've been in the Bay Area for 6 years now! I'm full-time college student at Cal State East Bay, I am pursuing a degree in Human Development, with plans to graduate in Spring 2025. Afterward, I aim to continue my education with a Master's in Social Work, which will take me approximately three more years. I have a 7-year-old son who's in 2nd grade! I am very close to my family and spending time with them is my favorite thing to do when I'm not working or in school! I have a farm back on the east so yes, I absolutely LOVE animals. I have worked with children of all ages, including those with autism, and have managed groups of up to six kids at a time. In addition to my educational background and experience, I pride myself on my patience, empathy, and creativity in working with children. I truly enjoy fostering each child's individual development and creating positive experiences for them.
