About Alexis

I have three years of experience working as a literacy aide in an elementary summer school and I worked specifically in 2nd, 3rd, and 4th-grade classrooms. During my first two years in college, I studied Secondary Education, so I have a lot of knowledge about teaching and tutoring older students as well. I have experience in teaching children with special needs also. I am currently studying English and Pre-Law, so I am most comfortable with and most experienced in learning and teaching the fine and liberal arts, however, I am also experienced with some college-level sciences, and college-level math up to Calculus I. Aside from academics I also coach/tutor volleyball athletes. I am currently playing in college and have played volleyball for most of my life. I have experience in coaching as I have coached and volunteered in assisting various club teams of differing ages and skill levels.
