About Alexis

My experience in childcare is very ample. I began caring for children a little more than 12 years ago, as volunteer work in a daycare; I did it because I loved it! I started working for the very first family 8 years ago and since then I have worked for many other families as well. I really enjoy getting to know the child to adapt learning activities to his/her enjoyment. Creating or maintaining healthy eating habits is also very important to me in this position. I am able to multitask and get things done as I am asked. Caring for children to me is a beautiful job. I become part of the child s life, part of the child s upbringing, part of the child s family, for that reason creating a confidence bond between the child and me is very significant. To conclude, I am able to follow the expectations of the parent(s), provide the child(ren) with games, activities, healthy meals, and most importantly, my undivided attention.
