About Alexis

Hello! My name is Lexi and I am a current grad student looking for a summer job, with my first available start date being June 4th. I am currently studying Speech Pathology, and have experience working with children ages 1 to 17, including individuals with disabilities. I hope to bring a positive and fun atmosphere to your home and help a family out with their awesome kids! I started working with kids when I was in high school, and have continually worked with many different kids through teaching swim lessons, working as a homeschool teacher aid, and becoming a caregiver for a high schooler with Angelman Syndrome. I am also currently in graduate school, where I worked in a clinical setting assisting families in learning about communication styles of their neurodiverse children. In my spare time, I like to go swim, go on hikes, cook and bake, and read.
