About Alexis

My passion is in being a source of reliability, friendship, and support for both children and their families. I have been a childcare provider professionally for six years. This included ages six months to 14 years old as an in-home caregiver for children with disabilities and as a Montessori Teacher. I'm adept at providing a safe, fun, and nurturing environment where kids can thrive. Kids love me because of how creative, silly, and energetic I am. Parent's love me for how patient, responsible, and caring I am. I can help the most reserved kid open up and feel like they're hanging with their best friend. I can help the angry kid develop their emotional regulation and mindfulness. In addition to my passion, I am constantly expanding my knowledge for how to provide the best care. I hold a Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card, CPR and First Aid certifications, and am getting a degree in NLP and Childhood Development. I hope to connect with you soon and see how I may be of help.
