About Alexa

I'm a patient, calm, and creative childcare provider, with six years of experience caring for children ages 0-11. I've always loved watching children learn and grow, which is what motivates me to be a caregiver. I've been enlightened by my babysitting experiences and learn something new each time. I want to expand my support to more families. I believe in open communication with parents and always follow their preferred method, whether that's verbal communication at pick up or through texts or phone calls throughout the day. When it comes to household rules, I follow the parents' lead and ensure that the children are aware of and respect them. I'm comfortable caring for up to four children at a time and enjoy playing a variety of games with them, including educational games, board games, puzzles, arts and crafts, outdoor sports, and physical games. I also have experience teaching children how to swim. I'm fluent in both English and Spanish and am comfortable with pets.
