About Alexandria

I volunteered in a kindergarten classroom for 11 years. I tested children on their letters, numbers, shapes, and sight words. I also assisted with learning to read and write. I taught children that were at a very low level as well as children that were very advanced. I know how to teach children how to sound out a word to help them read. I am very patient and I'm willing to repeat things as much as they need. I truly love working with children and I love working with children on their educational needs. I give praise and don't get frustrated with them when they make mistakes. I only encourage them to work harder and to keep trying because that is the only way they are going to learn and do their best!
