About Alexandria

Hello! My name is Allie and I would be honored to assist with your family's childcare! I have been working with children since college and have been professionally working with children for the past five years. I have experience with preschoolers through high schoolers. I am passionate about cultivating curiosity, empathy, and creativity. I'd describe my personality as bubbly, patient, and compassionate. I like working with kids because I enjoy their curiosity, creativity, and the fun conversations! I also enjoy getting to help with the tough moments whether that's with homework, tough feelings, or general problem solving. I have my BA with a focus in education and museum studies. I am currently back in school to gain my teacher's aide certification and my certification for early childhood education with infants and toddlers.
