Hello! My Name is Alexandra. I am a college educated, 29-year-old woman who is CPR, first-aid and Red Cross Child-Care certified with over 10 years of experience, expertise, and training specializing with infants; Most recently, in a year-long position as a full-time nanny. My experience ranges from full-time to night nurse to live-in, as well as consulting for sleep training and meal planning, all aligning with the Montessori method. As a person and as a nanny, I place a high value on education and development and strive to create an environment that leads to self-assured, innovative self-expression, the development of literacy and mathematical understanding as well as one that fosters the growth of self-regulation, task persistence, and functional independence; And I am confident this can all be achieved through play and positive encouragement by offering a safe environment full of opportunities for imaginative exploration.
