I used to be a counselor for a children's summer basketball camp for 2 years as well! I also used to volunteer at my local Park district to help them set up activities for the children that would come there like (easter egg hunts, holiday arts and crafts and go swimming).

Unprofessional, complacent and lacks any sense of basic babysitting knowledge. We paid her to play with/keep our toddlers busy, but she was too busy talking or being on her phone instead and not paying attention to the kids needs. She isn't mature enough to be taking care of children in any capacity.
