My experience in tutoring began in high school when I helped students with reading, math and science at SCORE! Educational Center. I also taught ESL students English and reading privately. I've worked as a docent at two museums and am very comfortable making large, esoteric science concepts approachable and understandable to children of all ages. While my B. S. is in Earth Science, I am also incredibly passionate about writing. I scored a 5 in AP English and posses a deep love of the English language; I believe that to understand it fully means to be able to utilize it to communicate clearly and beautifully.
