Alanys starts off being a reserved person, but within a day or two she opens up and almost becomes a part of your family. She has been super nice to my almost 5 year old, to the point my little girl cries her heart out when Alanys takes a day off. Alanys is very patient and very persevering. She goes out of her way to do her job to ensure quality, she has been helping my daughter with her virtual class and has done wonders. This was the very first time I hired a nanny and I am so glad I decided to go with Alanys. I have to let her go since my daughter goes back to school in person, however will always reach out to her for my child care needs in future. We will miss her.
