Aida is warm, thoughtful, caring, organized and extremely competent. She became like family the minute she walked into our lives and treats my parents with incredible love and respect. She anticipates their needs before they even know they need something and manages of every detail of their lives. From doctor appointments to aide schedules to manicures, she has it all meticulously planned and organized. She is like a ray of sunshine and is never without a smile on her face. We all sigh with relief the moment she walks in the door because we know when she is around, everything will be better.
