Rachel has been our nanny on and off for about a year, spending most of her time with my 2 year-old son. She is an extremely engaging, warm, and enthusiastic caregiver. Children connect with her very easily--my son wanted her to hold him the moment they met! She is always coming up with new activities and things to do with the kids, and appears to genuinely enjoy playing with them. I've never once seen her on her phone. She tends to arrive a few minutes late in the morning, but that's not a big deal for me as I work from home and she makes up the lost time at the end of the day. When I ask her to be here at a certain time because I have a call or a meeting, she arrives on time. Highly recommended!
