I am currently a Middle School Science Teacher, teaching Earth/Space and Physical Science. Subjects that I am interested and experienced in tutoring include English, Reading, Science, and Math. However, I would be more than willing tutor in other subjects such as Art, History and more. In the past, I've tutored a 9th grade Algebra student. After working with this student, their confidence in their mathematic abilities increased significantly. Encouraging the student's confidence in the subject is the first step to assisting in their learning experience. Once the confidence is built, a substantial improvement in their academic performance can be achieved.
