About Abigail

Hello! My name is Abigail. I am currently an undergraduate student studying at Yale University, where I double major in Environmental Science and History, with an emphasis on writing. I have experience tutoring (or teaching more broadly) in writing, history, math, theater, high school science (especially biology), Latin, and ESL, with people ranging from 3rd grade to adulthood. I can also tutor for ACT or SAT exams ( scores: ACT 36, SAT 1570). I very strongly believe that both students and teachers are at their best when they find true interest in the subjects which they are studying, so I make a special focus to connect my guidance to both of our interests and experiences. This also makes learning much more fun! Outside of academics, I love dancing, finding everyday adventures, acting, spending time in connection with the land, singing, biking, swimming, playing guitar, and creating art.
