About Abigail

I'd describe my personality as friendly, organized, and responsible. I like working with kids because I love to watch them learn and grow! I really enjoy the creativity and ability to look at the world in a new way that kids have. I started working with kids when I first started babysitting neighborhood kids when I was 12. I transitioned to being an after-school nanny for a family of 4 children (ages 6 months to 9). Over the last 10 years I have volunteered with children ages 3-18 through my church. I'm also a mom to a 3-year-old boy. In my spare time, I like to read, cook, go on walks, and spend time with my family. One thing you should know about me is I take my job very seriously! I know what it's like to be anxious about leaving your child with someone else's hands, and I do everything I can to help you feel comfortable that your child is safe & happy while you're gone.
