Hi, I'm Abbi! I have been in Early Childcare Education for two years now and in those two years I have earned my Infant and Toddler CDA and been promoted to lead teacher of my toddler classroom. Recently, my fiancé and I moved back to Ohio and I decided that I wanted to offer direct care to families where we could collaborate on their children's early education. It's incredibly important to me to develop a trusting relationship with the families I work for so that they feel secure in knowing that their children are safe and loved while they're away. During my time working in private childcare centers, I've gotten used to planning and executing age-appropriate activities without the use of screens, so parents who are wary of screen-time should have no worries. I have also been background checked in Indiana, Ohio, and Michigan, not even so much as a traffic ticket :)

Abbi came to us in a time of emergent need. When meeting for the first time, she arrived very prepared with references, documents with her education background and with perfect questions. She showed up for a trial run a few minutes early and eager to spend time with the kids. I felt at ease leaving my two kids (almost 3 and 6 months old) with her, especially after my daughter greeted her with a great big hug. She kept me updated during the day and was very hands on throughout the day. She washed the dishes and bottles she used and cleaned the playroom as well. My daughter had a blast and my son napped very well. I know both of my kids had an incredible day and I'm very thankful to have Abbi as part of our family now. You cannot go wrong with hiring her!
