About Abbey

I am a certified Nutrition Coach, and currently in school to be a Personal Trainer. I also have several years of experience working with kids as well as a CPR/AED certification. Im very detail oriented, and clean to a high end restaurant standard. I'm working as a server a couple days a week, but I'm looking to make a larger difference with and/for families with things such as, but not limited too; cooking, cleaning, organizing, grocery shopping, meal prep/planning.
