About Aaliya

Hi my name is Aaliya ! I'm a 24-year-old college graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, and I'm currently preparing to start my MBA at the University of Maryland. As the oldest of six, I naturally grew into caregiving, which led to roles in daycares and as a long-term substitute teacher in Richmond and Henrico County, supporting children from infancy through elementary school. I've also worked closely with children who have special needs and learned how to communicate effectively with nonverbal students. I'm currently working toward my RBT certification and a teaching license to further my impact in education and child development. I'm warm, patient, and dependable. I love creating fun, engaging activities, helping with schoolwork, and building strong, trusting relationships with children and their families.
