Excitement And Educational
Since the age of 12 I have been babysitting. I have babysat up to four kids at once with ages ranging from 3 months to 12 years of age. Also during high school I was involved in a college program that allowed me to be a preschool teacher in a licensed preschool with 25 kids in each class. I also was a junior coach for 2 years, during this time I coached 5 to 8-year-old girls in cheerleading. I also have a sister who is 13 years younger than me and I have taken care of her on my own from the time she was 6 weeks old and still do on a regular bases. Currently I am in the process of becoming certified in sign langue, and I am in the nursing program at Waubonsee Community College aiming to specialize in Neonatal Nursing. I would also like to say I do have zoom class Tues and Thurs the first class is 8am-9:15 a.m. with no camera on and the other is 12:30pm-1:45 p.m. with camera until May 15, 2021. Afterwards I am able to change and work my schedule around the families needs.

Nurturing Nanny
My name is Amanda and I first got my passion for working with children as a hairstylist. Whenever little ones were in my chair it brought me such joy to bring a smile to their faces. Since then I wanted to further my career by focusing on child care. I love entertaining kids by doing crafts, reading and playing games. I also love being punctual, so that means I can help with remote learning and school work. I am BLS certified in CPR and First-Aid.

My kids are energetic, friendly, respectful. My kids are really helpful and they do listen the first time. My toddler likes to sing, dance and read books. My two older children are soccer players, very outgoing and very funny. I love to have a clean house and my house currently is super clean. My kids are allergic to pets. Our ideal caregiver: Ready to work with a lot of energy, nice and friendly with my kids. Ready to help without me telling her what to do. Additional needs include light housekeeping, having a reliable car and a non-smoker. Looking for a caregiver for my infant daughter, 1-year-old son, 7-year-old daughter, and 10-year-old son. My schedule may vary.
