Care Coordinator The Care Coordinator role will be a key full time position with Touching Hearts at Home South Metro. The Care Coordinator will collaborate with clients and caregivers to ensure that the needs of our clients are caregivers are met at the highest standards. Our ideal candidate is committed to creating an excellent relationship with all clients, caregivers, office staff and vendors.
