About the job

Seeking a private tutor for a 5-year-old pre k special needs/disabled student with cognitive impairment . Prefer to have experience with children who have had damage to the cerebellum, have executive functioning struggles, slow speed of information processing, ataxia, motor planning confusion, fine motor delay, short term memory deficits. Would like to find someone who can help our child write legibly, increase processing speed, memory, recognition of numbers/letters/sounds, counting objects and increasing accuracy and ability. Prefer Experience in learning about /working with children who have had brain radiation at a young age, posterior fossa syndrome (cerebellum mutism disorder) , childhood brain cancer, would prefer someone who is faithful and active in the Catholic Church and supports Catholic and homeschool education choice.
