About the job
I am looking for someone to help my son, who will be going into fourth grade next year, with reading and math this summer. He is a good student but needs to improve his reading fluency. We would like someone to come to our home 1 to 2 days a week for 30 minutes to 1 hour per session. Our days and times are somewhat flexible, but mornings would work best. Session Structure: - Reading: 20 minutes focused on improving fluency - Math and Reading Comprehension: 10 to 20 minutes using Simple Solution workbooks to reinforce concepts learned in third grade. I will provide the workbooks and answer key. You dont need to be an expert in these subjects! Were simply looking for someone to provide assistance and keep him engaged in learning over the summer.
