Concord, MA - September 2025 start date We are a family seeking a kind, patient, and adventurous caregiver to work closely with our 8-year-old daughter, who is PDA autistic- bright, creative, sensitive, and deeply curious about the world when met with the right support. This role is not a typical nanny job. Our daughter thrives best with a companion who can build trust, co-regulate alongside her, and gently encourage exploration of her interests, both at home and out in the community. Your days might include playing Roblox, exploring nature, visiting museums and libraries, working on creative projects, or simply spending quiet time together. Flexibility, empathy, and a commitment to truly following her lead are essential. Mom and Dad are both artists, and one of us has also worked in academia.
