About the job

We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic tutor to support our 5-year-old son with Kindergarten to Grade 1-level English, Math, and Science. He is a curious and focused child who loves science and math. He enjoys being read to but needs support becoming a confident, independent reader. He knows his alphabets and can write his name. We're looking for someone who can make literacy fun and help him progress. Ideal candidates have early childhood experience, know how to motivate young learners, and can tailor their approach to keep him engaged. Share your experience helping kids with reading and how you keep them interested. Sessions will be held at home. We are flexible for 2 days between Mon to Thu, between 3 to 5 p.m.
