Groton family needs a part-time tutor for Study Skills, English, Math, Science. We're seeking a reliable and dedicated private tutor to provide academic support to an 8th-grade student in math, science, and English. The tutor will work one-on-one with the student to reinforce classroom learning, assist with homework, and prepare for tests, while fostering confidence and improving academic performance. Responsibilities include developing tailored lesson plans, adapting instruction to the student's learning style, and tracking progress. The ideal candidate is patient, organized, and experienced in working with middle school students. Sessions will be held twice per week, with flexible scheduling based on mutual availability.
