We are seeking a patient, creative ELA/Reading tutor for a rising 4th grader who is developmentally much younger and has learning differences. We own curricula such as EBLI, Explode the Code, Heggerty, Lindamood-Bell such as V/V, Seeing Stars, LiPS & All About Reading. Familiarity is a plus, not a must. What matters is your enthusiasm for emerging readers, extreme patience, and a growth mindset. What you'll do Collaborate with parents on weekly lesson plans Follow our structured materials Use naturalistic, positive redirection when attention drifts Track progress and celebrate every win Who you are College graduate, college student, college-bond mature high-school students welcome Reliable, communicative, adaptable Details 3 to 5 hrs/week to start but hope to expand to 2 hr/day during the summer
