Hello! We are located in Yacolt, WA with 4 amazing kiddos. We are a homeschooling family and are looking for a kind, reliable helper to support our day to day rhythm at home. This role focuses primarily on keeping our two older children (ages 8 and 10) on track with their schoolwork, helping with focus, accountability, and occasional instruction as needed. You would also support our two younger children (ages 4 and 2) as needed - jumping in for playtime, supervision, or overall help during busy moments. Ideal candidate: - Has experience with teaching elementary aged children - Organized, patient, adaptable - Comfortable working under a parent's lead, with a flexible team player mindset - Loves kids, learning, and isn't afraid to jump in wherever needed We'd love to hear from you!
