Looking For A English Tutor In Salt Lake City.

My 7-year-old daughter is really smart, but she cant read. We are considering holding her back to redo 2nd grade, but socially we really would rather not. She has been in public school special ed, but needs more help. We have 5 other kids and do our best to read with her and help so we don't think the problem is her environment, even our 4-year-old can read and knows the whole alphabet. We are hoping to find someone who can help her now through the summer to get her to a 3rd grade level.
